"B2C" means online retail sales. "B2B" means wholesale sales and quotation-based transactions.

Permitted use includes lawful browsing, product ordering, contacting us, and requesting wholesale quotations.

Prohibited actions include hacking attempts, unauthorized automated data collection, impersonation, and any unlawful use.

We strive to keep product descriptions and prices accurate. Illustrative images may differ from actual packaging.

Displayed B2C prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable.

B2B pricing is stated in approved quotations and is not binding until written confirmation.

For B2C, available options may include cash/card on delivery, bank transfer, or factory pickup.

For bank transfer, orders are processed after payment confirmation.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for legitimate reasons (pricing error, stock shortage, fraud concerns).

Delivery times are estimates (typically 1-3 days inside the UAE for retail orders).

Free shipping is available for orders above AED 200. Factory pickup has no shipping fee.

Delivery responsibility transfers upon actual handover or pickup from factory premises.

Opened or perishable food products may not be returnable except in case of manufacturing defects.

Report any issue within 48 hours via /report-product with batch number and SKU.

The website is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from website use.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any dispute is subject to Ajman/UAE courts unless otherwise agreed in writing for B2B arrangements.
