An Executive Secretary is required to join the team, providing administrative support to the executive management, organizing appointments and meetings, managing correspondence, and ensuring the efficient and professional conduct of daily business.
Responsibilities
- •Organizing and managing executive management schedules.
- •Coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on the implementation of recommendations.
- •Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence with confidentiality and accuracy.
- •Preparing reports, presentations, and administrative documents.
- •Coordinating travel, reservations, and official visits as needed.
- •Maintaining and organizing paper and electronic files and documents.
- •Communicating with internal departments and external parties on behalf of management.
- •Performing other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- •This position is for females only.
- •Bachelor's degree or diploma in a relevant field.
- •Previous experience in executive secretarial or administrative support.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- •Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- •Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.
- •Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism in handling information.
- •Fluency in both Arabic and English.
